In Japan, where Shishiza (獅子座) means Leo — reflecting both the lion and the Kaizen philosophy of refinement.

And in Croatia, where ShiShiZa is distilled, the lion appears in the historic coat of arms — a lasting symbol of strength and craft.

By uniting these three worlds, the lion became our natural emblem — embodying balance, boldness, and spirit at the heart of ShiShiZa.

From the beginning, our purpose was clear: to bring new life to coffee spirits.

THE NAME AND THE SYMBOL

The name ShiShiZa (pronounced She-She-Za) was chosen with intention.

As the spirit took shape through countless refinements, its character revealed itself — bold, smooth, and confident enough to stand alone.

These qualities mirrored those of the lion: courage, vitality, and presence.
