By legal definition, ShiShiZa is a coffee liqueur. It was crafted, however, with the balance, structure and versatility of a premium spirit — refined enough to sip and expressive enough to mix.

ShiShiZa is best served chilled or over ice, allowing its full coffee character, smooth texture and balanced sweetness to come through. It can also be enjoyed in cocktails, desserts and signature serves.

ShiShiZa opens with fresh espresso, praline and dark chocolate, followed by roasted hazelnut and smoked fig over a smooth, velvety body, with a warm and lingering roasted-coffee finish.

ShiShiZa is bottled at 21% ABV and is available in 700 ml, 200 ml and 50 ml formats.

ShiShiZa is microbiologically stable thanks to its 21% ABV, meaning it can be safely stored at room temperature.

For best serving conditions, chill before serving to enhance its smooth character.

Yes. ShiShiZa contains approximately 90 mg of naturally occurring caffeine per 100 ml, derived from real coffee. The amount consumed will depend on the serving size. Please enjoy responsibly.

Yes. ShiShiZa already delivers bold coffee flavour and a naturally high caffeine content, allowing it to create a consistent Espresso Martini without freshly pulled espresso. This helps reduce preparation time and simplify service. Fresh espresso can still be added for venues or consumers who prefer a more traditional serve.
